The long holiday is over, and it is time to get back to work with fresh energy. Today, we would like to share the successful completion of our recent additional installation of an ICT-based central leak detection management system.

 


 

 

💡 Incheon ICT-Based Leak Detection Safety Monitoring System Project

 

This project is part of the "ICT-Based Eco-Friendly & Safety Management Monitoring System" initiative led by the City of Incheon.

It is an advanced safety project designed for small and medium-sized plating companies in the Incheon area, where gas detectors and liquid leak detectors are installed, and the detected data is transmitted in real time to the Incheon central server for integrated monitoring and control.

As the final phase of this program, Yoohantech recently completed the installation of a liquid leak detection system at two specialized plating companies located in Incheon.

 


 

🧪 Key Risk in the Plating Process: Alkaline Leaks and the Need for Detection

 

In plating processes, alkaline substances are essential, but when leaked, they can pose serious risks to worker safety and the environment.

To monitor these risks in real time, Yoohantech installed alkaline-specific leak detectors at key points throughout the facility.

The most critical leak detector receiver in this system was configured with the "Gas & Liquid Leak Alarm Server Transmission Receiver [YH-TS6000HP]".

 

This receiver plays a key role by transmitting on-site data in real time to the Incheon central server through the internet communication network.

The receiver is equipped with a built-in backup battery, allowing the leak monitoring system to continue operating for at least one hour even during a power outage at the plant.
