Test 1: False Alarm Prevention Verification (No Response to Water)

First, the leak detection sensor is tested in water to confirm whether it reacts to non-target liquids.

  • Result: The leak point sensor remained in water for 20 seconds without any change in sensor output or alarm activation. This confirms that the sensor is designed to respond selectively to the target hazardous chemical rather than ordinary water, helping reduce false alarms in actual industrial environments.

Test 2: Fast Response to INCL Leak Detection

In the second stage of the test, the true performance of the organic solvent leak detector becomes clear.

  • Procedure: After wiping off the water, the sensor is immersed in the INCL substance for the main leak detection test.
