Step 1: False Alarm Prevention Test (No Response to Water)

The first test uses water to verify whether the leak detection sensor reacts unnecessarily to a non-target liquid.

  • Result: The leak detector was fully immersed in water for 20 seconds, but the sensor output remained unchanged and no alarm was activated. This confirms that the sensor is designed to detect only the target hazardous chemical, helping reduce false alarms in real operating environments.

Step 2: NDCL Organic Solvent Leak Detection Test

The second test focuses on the actual target substance, NDCL, to verify alarm response performance under chemical exposure.
