Today, I would like to introduce a project case featuring the integrated electronic leak point sensor (YHSM-AR01) and the SMS text and voice call notification system (YHMS-SMS05) for real-time leak alerts.

The installed integrated electronic leak point sensor (YHSM-AR01) does not require a separate module, making installation simpler and more cost-effective as an economical leak detection solution.

This site is located in Incheon and manufactures gravure rolls used in printed electronics processes.

The main materials used in the process are solvent-based, including inorganic solvents, which are often difficult for general sensors to detect accurately.

The leak detector installed in this project is a sensor specifically designed for inorganic solvents, and it was installed inside the chemical storage warehouse.

Because the customer wanted real-time visibility even from outside the site, we also integrated the SMS text and voice call notification system (YHMS-SMS05), so that an immediate alert is sent to the responsible personnel in the event of a leak incident.

Before installation, we first carried out an equipment inspection to check the condition of the products.

The leak detection system used in this project included the integrated electronic leak point sensor for inorganic solvent detection, “YHSM-AR01” and the wall-mounted leak alarm control receiver, card type “YH-200L”.

For emergency notification, the SMS text and voice call alert system, model “YHMS-SMS05”, was also applied.

When a chemical leak occurs, the sensor itself provides visible confirmation through a high-brightness LED, and its built-in buzzer gives an immediate on-site warning.

The piping and wiring arrangement were completed very neatly.

After installation was completed, we carried out an on-site leak detector test using the actual solvent used by the customer.

The photo on the left shows solvent being applied to the sensor to check the response speed, while the photo on the right shows the leak alarm receiver activating immediately.

We also confirmed that a real-time SMS alert was successfully sent to the customer’s registered mobile phone.

Yoohantech’s electronic leak point sensor for inorganic solvents (YHSM-AR01) can be reused immediately simply by wiping off the chemical from the sensor, making it highly effective for reducing maintenance costs.

The leak alarm control receiver (YH-200L) and the SMS text and voice call notification system (YHMS-SMS05), which is directly linked to the emergency contact network, have been installed successfully.

A representative example of an inorganic solvent material is hydrogen peroxide.

At present, many general leak detectors on the market cannot properly detect inorganic solvents such as hydrogen peroxide, or even if they do, they often cannot distinguish them from water, resulting in frequent false alarms.

However, the electronic leak point sensor for inorganic solvents developed by Yoohantech can accurately distinguish between water and chemicals, enabling precise detection only of target hazardous chemicals such as hydrogen peroxide and solvents.
