This site is located in Incheon and manufactures gravure rolls used in printed electronics processes.
The main materials used in the process are solvent-based, including inorganic solvents, which are often difficult for general sensors to detect accurately.

The leak detector installed in this project is a sensor specifically designed for inorganic solvents, and it was installed inside the chemical storage warehouse.
Because the customer wanted real-time visibility even from outside the site, we also integrated the SMS text and voice call notification system (YHMS-SMS05), so that an immediate alert is sent to the responsible personnel in the event of a leak incident.

Before installation, we first carried out an equipment inspection to check the condition of the products.

When a chemical leak occurs, the sensor itself provides visible confirmation through a high-brightness LED, and its built-in buzzer gives an immediate on-site warning.
The piping and wiring arrangement were completed very neatly.

After installation was completed, we carried out an on-site leak detector test using the actual solvent used by the customer.

The photo on the left shows solvent being applied to the sensor to check the response speed, while the photo on the right shows the leak alarm receiver activating immediately.
We also confirmed that a real-time SMS alert was successfully sent to the customerโs registered mobile phone.
